Bully picks up youth, before body slamming
him to the ground.
By Davy V.

A disturbing video posted on Facebook shows a bully assaulting another youth on a Rochester, NY elementary school's grounds.

The :50 second video which is believed to have been posted on April 22nd, was recorded on the property of Enrico Fermi #17 school, on Orchard Street, which is off of a Jay Street, on Rochester's west side.

The video begins with several youth sitting at a table outside the school.

One youth seems to be sitting on a bicycle.

All of a sudden that youth punches one of the youths sitting at the table on the side of his head, then pulls him by his hair.

He then grabs the youth, picks him up, then body slams the youth to the ground, before punching him in the face a second time.

Bully stands over hurt youth.
The youth then circles the table on his bike, grabs the young man by his hair again, then punches him at least four mite times, before a young girl yells "Stop, look he's video recording!"

The girl obviously referring to the individual who recorded the assault.

The incident occurred just two blocks from another disturbing assault which was also recorded on video.

In that incident, 17-year old Devin Alexander, known as "True Goon Tocool Sneekey" on Facebook, posted a video titled "Just Doing Shit, Watch the Smack Cam."

In the video, Alexander is seem waiting outside        corner grocery store, located on the corner of Child and Jay Streets, holding a snowball.

Alexander looks into the camera, and says, "I'm bout to smack the old lady with the snowball when she come out the store."

Bully punches youth.
Then, as an elderly woman exits the store, Devin Alexander hits her on the side of her head, while telling "Smack Cam!, Smack Cam!"

One of the youths is heard saying "I'm gonna get the fuck up outta here before she calls the cops!", referring to the woman they just assaulted.

In that incident, it was a young man who follows my work, and this blog, who contacted me about the video, telling me the video had just been posted on his Facebook.

I immediately asked the young man to record the video right off his computer screen, before Alexander thought of deleting the video.

Bully pulls youth by his hair.

Sure enough, just a few minutes after the young man recorded the video off his computer screen, Devin Alexander deleted the video, but it was too late.

I was able to expose the video, and the story, which went viral, with countless websites covering the story.

The story even made onto a news website from Budapest, Hungary.

In that case, after mounting pressure on the Rochester, NY Police department, who at guest were disinterested in getting involved, had no choice after the story earned international attention.

A few day skater Devin Alexander, who was already on probation, was arrested.

As for this most recent video, it is not clear who the youths are.

Bully punches youth
several more times.

Update:

Bully in white t-shirt demands bike.
A second video involving the bulky who assaulted a youth at a Rochester, NY elementary school playground has surfaced.

In this video, that bully is joined by a second wannabe thug, dressed in a white t-shirt.

In the video he is seen forcibly taking a bicycle from another youth sitting at a table.

Then, in can classic example of bully intimidation tactic, the bully who assaulted the youth in the first video is heard threatening the other youths at the table, not to get involved.

He then tells the young man whose bike is being stolen, "I ain't got nothing to do with that, you're on your own boy."

Drags young man off bike.
As the bully rides away on the bike, young girls can be heard laughing in the background.

There is now new information as to who video recorded, and uploaded both videos.

Ronnie Leroy Bridgewater Jr. was with his young children at the school's playground recorded and uploaded the videos.

Perhaps most disturbing is that this not only did Bridgewater DO NOTHING to intervene in two assaults, and a theft, all of which occurred right in front of him, but he allowed his young children to witness theses acts of violence.

In fact, at one point in the video, the mans young child is heard asking his father "Whose us that?"

The man replies, "Not yours."
