In the latest 'WTF? News', a Rochester, NY man is behind bars after cops say he bit chunks of his own brother's ear off during a fight, during a Super Bowl party.
According to police, Sean Fallon-Nebeia got into a fight with his 26-year old brother, Frank Fallon-Nebeia Saturday night, when in the middle of the fight he went Mike Tyson on his brother, biting several pieces of his ear off.
Sean Fallon-Nebeia was arraigned in Rochester City Court Monday morning where he pleaded not guilty.
He is being held in jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or bond.
According to the criminal complaint against Sean Fallon Nebeia, who is charged with felony first-degree assault, both brothers had drank more than a bottle of whiskey, while watching the game.
