In what looked like a manhunt checkpoint for a prison escapee, nearly a dozen New York State Troopers,, (Road Pirates) descended on Rochester, NY, Thursday morning, shaking down innocent motorists, in an attempt to meet the State's end of the month ticket quota.

As you can see in the video below, which captures me driving through the extortion-style shakedown, on Boy Scout Place, near Ford Street, just before the 490 East on ramp, in downtown Rochester, the New York State trooper who stops me, while 6 of his fellow gang members look on, was not too happy when I asked him "How's that quota going?"

"No quota here," he replies.

No quota huh?

Just a gang of armed state government officials abusing their authority to steal taxpayer's money.

Check out the pirate they had acting as their 'look out' man, hiding behind a utility box, making sure no motorists could escape their road trap!

So there you have it New York State.

Your taxpayer dollars at work.
