BREAKING NOW: More than two weeks after Martin Macdonald assaulted an autistic black 15-year old during a cross country race in Rochester, NY, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

This morning a Rochester City Court Judge signed a warrant against Macdonald, accusing him of second degree harassment in the October 14th attack on Chase Coleman.

A City of Rochester, NY Court official confirmed the warrant is active and that officers are actively looking for Macdonald.

UPDATE 2

POSTED TUESDAY NOVEMBER 1, 2016  4:00 P.M. BY DAVY V.

Martin Macdonald, the Pittsford, NY man who still has not been charged after assaulting a 15-year old autistic black youth, is the brother of a former Rochester, NY Police Department employee.

Karen Driscoll Macdonald, who passed away in March of this year, retired from the Rochester, NY Police Department after a 20-year career.

This can explain why the Rochester, NY Police Department ignored the assault.

Also, in a move which many on social media are calling an insult to injury, the Rochester, NY Police Department has invited Chase Coleman to come to Rochester and run with new RPD recruits.

Are you shitting me?

What the fuck is wrong with people?

First the Rochester, NY Police Department basically ignores an attack against an innocent autistic teen, then they do a piss poor sloppy investigation, if you can even call it that, and then they fail to have the teen's mother sign the proper forms, as well as fail to inform her of what is going on.

Then, when the case receives national attention, and the Rochester, NY Police Department finds itself under a national spotlight, they
go into full damage control mode.

And now, with no charges yet filed, and no arrest of the stranger who attacked Chase Coleman because of the color of his skin, the Rochester, NY Police Department has the nerve to invite Chase back to Rochester to run with cops?

Are you kidding me?

UPDATED 1

POSTED MONDAY OCTOBER 31, 2016  9:00 P.M.  BY DAVY V.

According to Rochester, NY City Court Judge Craig Doran, the Rochester, NY Police Department is to blame for charges not having been filed against a 57-year old white man who attacked a black autistic 15-year old in a Rochester, NY park.

Monday Judge Doran told Rochester news media that the Rochester, NY Police Department failed to do their job by not properly informing the autistic youth's mother of the necessary steps needed to obtain an arrest warrant for Martin Macdonald, the Pittsford, NY man who attacked her son.

Simply put, Rochester, NY Police fucked up the paperwork, even failing to have the youth's mother sign a criminal complaint, including a sworn deposition.

Because like I said in my original piece below, it's a case of white privilege, which shows just how corrupt Rochester and Monroe County, NY's criminal justice system is, and the disturbing disparity that exists when it comes to the manner in which affluent whites suspected of crimes are treated, when compared to minorities.

You see, I have no doubt that had it been the other way around, and a 15-year old black youth attacked a middle aged white man, the black youth would have been arrested on the spot.

Even Syracuse City officials see the racism behind all this.

Syracuse Common Council Representative Susan C. Boyle (a white woman), denounced the attack of Chase Coleman in a letter to Monroe County, NY District Attorney Sandra Doorley.

Boyle called the attack "a racist, aggressive, unprovoked attack on a disabled African American minor with absolutely no consequences."

Syracuse, NY Common Council Representative Susan C. Boyle Denounced the Attack on Autistic 15-Year Old.

With all the national attention this case has received, and the spotlight once again on the Rochester, NY Police Department, a police force with a long history of misconduct and corruption, an arrest now seems to be imminent.

I will be updating this piece.

Martin Macdonald

It's a disturbing incident which has garnered national attention.

A nonverbal autistic cross-country runner, a child, attacked by a man, a total stranger, in Rochester, NY, during a race.

And even more disturbing, the attacker, a man named Martin Macdonald, from Pittsford, NY, an affluent suburb of Rochester, was never charged.

His name is Chase Coleman.

He's 15 years old.

And he's black.

A native of Syracuse, NY, the young athlete was participating in a Rochester, NY race being held at Cobbs Hill Park, on October 14.

That's when the 57-year old Macdonald, of 46 East Jefferson Rd. Pittsford, NY, who is white, and who was also at the park, jumped out of his vehicle, and attacked the autistic teen, throwing him to the ground, and assaulting him.

For no reason other than Macdonald thinking that the black youth was going to mug his white wife.

According to a Rochester, NY Police Department report, Martin Macdonald admitted to police that he got out of his car and attacked the 15-year old black youth and knocked him to the ground because he thought the autistic youth was going to mug his wife who was sitting in the passenger seat of there vehicle.

Macdonald told Rochester Police that he yelled at Chase Coleman, and that Coleman did not respond.

According to Chase Coleman's mother, Clarise Coleman, her son is so distraught, he quit the running team.

Ok.

Let me call it what it really is.

Again, Chase Coleman is black.

Martin McDonald is white.

And Macdonald thought that a black youth running, was somehow a threat to his white wife.

Unfortunately, for the young autistic youth, it's a case of RWB.

RUNNING WHILE BLACK.

Disgusting.

Even more disgusting, is the fact that a white man can assault a black child, and not be charged.

And more than two weeks after the attack, the Rochester, NY Police Department, under the leadership of Chief Michael Ciminelli, has refused to bring charges against Martin Macdonald.

I'll call that what it is as well.

WHITE PRIVILEGE.

NOTE: While other news outlets, such as The Washington Post have published Chase Coleman's photo, I have decided not to, due to the fact that he is a minor.

I will however, post Martin McDonald's photo, should charges be brought.

I will be updating this piece.
