City of Rochester, NY Employee Drives Backhoe Recklessly, Commits Several Traffic Violations, Refuses to I.D. Himself

 

City of Rochester, NY Employee who drove recklessly refused to identify himself

A City of Rochester, NY employee put innocent lives at risk Wednesday afternoon when he rolled right through a "NO TURN ON RED", texted, and talked on his cellphone, all while driving a  backhoe weighing several tons.


Calls to City of Rochester, NY Beureau of Operations Director Karen St. Aubin, were not returned.

NOTE: Karen St. Aubin is the same woman who ordered her workers to destroy a homeless tent city in Rochester, NY a couple of years ago.
