SAY THEIR NAMES!
Zahnia Barr, 14 years old.
Shakara Green, 35 years old.
Both killed in senseless shootings that have become synonymous with Rochester, New York's Puerto Rican Festival's aftermath of
lawlessness, chaos, mayhem, and violence each year.
And this year, it brought murders.
Two.
Which as I'm writing this, are still unsolved.
In other words, no one is in custody.
In other words, whoever is responsible for taking the lives of two beautiful souls, Zahnia Barr, and Shakara Green, they're still roaming the streets.
Free.
Free to take more lives.
And sadly, you will not see any outrage.
You will not see any protests.
BLACK LIVES MATTER WILL NOT DENOUNCE THESE SENSELESS MURDERS.
So what is known about the murders of Barr and Green?
Well, Zahnia Barr was in a crowd of Puerto Rican Festival chaos and mayhem, on North Clinton Ave., or as Puerto Ricans so proudly call it "LA AVENIDA", when gunshots rang out.
As hundreds scattered like roaches when you turn the lights on, 14-year old Zahnia lay dead on the ground.
And yet in a crowd of hundreds, where everyone nowadays has a cell phone, no one saw a thing!
Interesting.
However, in the senseless murder of 35-year old Shakara, there is video of the shooter.
It's a short video.
But it shows a dark sedan driving on Clifford Avenue in Rochester, and then an individual who appears to be hanging out of the car's sunroof, fires off a barrage of bullets.
I counted 10.
Shakara was shot in the neck, and also died at the scene
Just like Zahnia.
In the hours and days following the executions of Zahnia and Shakara, Rochester, New York City Officials including Mayor Malik Evans and Rochester Police Chief David Smith, have not said much.
In fact, after Shakara s murder, neither Rochester Mayor Malik Evans nor RPD Chief David Smith has said a word.
NO PRESS CONFERENCES.
NO PLEADING TO THE COMMUNITY TO TURN IN THE KILLERS.
NOTHING.
But they're not the only ones that have been quiet.
Rochester, New York's lame stream news media also seems to have already moved on to the next story.
And remember that video I mentioned earlier which captures Shakara's killer?
Well, the photos below, which are screenshots taken from the video of the shooting on Clifford Ave., you can clearly see the shooter appearing to be standing up out of the car's sunroof.
And you can also clearly see a hand gripping a firearm.
A very light skinned hand.
So let me ask:
IS ROCHESTER, NY's PUERTO RICAN COMMUNITY PROTECTING A KILLER?
