It seems like every day I hate social media even more and more.
AND PEOPLE.
Especially after A.I. has started to take over life as we know it, and so many people seem absolutely clueless as to what's happening.
I recently published a piece, here on The Davy V. Blog, about how A.I. is basically altering, and replacing our childhood memories, flooding the internet with FAKE A.I. generated images, made to look like real vintage photos of the 60's., 70's and 80's.
All with the intention of evoking nostalgia.
FAKE A.I. generated images and videos are also responsible for a tremendous amount of misinformation on social media.
And if I thought I couldn't possibly be any more disgusted with A.I., and people's absolute cluelessness when it comes to the extremely weird and surreal times that we are living in, especially when it comes to FAKE A.I. generated content, I was wrong.
As an aviation enthusiast, having logged student pilot hours on my high school's Piper Cherokee airplane, I have been closely following the tragic Lear jet crash in Green Acres Florida on Sunday.
A total of 9 people, including two young children, were killed in the crash, which experienced some sort of emergency while flying through a storm over Florida, en route to the Bahamas.
Among them, the pilot Jeff Gregory, and co-pilot, Nathalia Filgueiras.

And less than 24 hours after the crash, before any of the victims had been identified, IDIOTS and LOSERS were already posting conspiracy theories online, along with FAKE A.I. generated images.
The most common conspiracy theory is that a missile, not an airplane, crashed.
Meet Yvette Gharibian, if that's even tbis COMPLETE LOSER'S name.
Apparently she has nothing better to do than to post LIES AND CONSPIRACY THEORIES, like the thousands others who have taken to the internet following the Florida plane crash.
As you can see below, the FAKE A.I. generated image with the headline "Where are the windows?", that this LOSER shared on her Facebook page, shows some sort of drone, missile-like aircraft.
This, despite there being CLEAR and IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE that it was in fact a JET AIRPLANE and NOT a MISSILE that crashed on Military Rd. In Green Acres, Florida.
By the way, as you can see in YVETTE THE LOSER's FAKE A.I. CONSPIRACY POST, the FAKE A.I. image she posted seems to be a screenshot of a post that she captured, and then 'reposted' on her Facebook page.
On the right of the FAKE A.I. image post, you can see the original post had 1,058 "likes" and almost 1,500 shares when YVETTE THE LOSER posted it on her Facebook page.
And that's actually another huge problem with social media.
The fact that IDIOTS will post, and repost anything and everything they want.
With ZERO FACT CHECKING.
Individuals like Yvette Gharibian are TRULY DISGUSTING.
Not only do they post LIES and CONSPIRACY THEORIES, but they have no respect whatsoever for the victims of this tragedy, or their families.
WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY.
We are living in a time where most of us have 24/7 immediate access to a cell phone.
Which means each one of us has a great deal of power at our fingertips.
And it's truly sad when that power is misused.
But what can you expect from an individual who has an image of TRUMP on a horse waving a huge American flag.
IDIOT.
NOTE: As of the time of publishing this piece, there is a disturbing amount of FAKE A.I. images, and videos, including many of which are insensitive and disrespectful to the 9 people who lost their lives in this tragedy.
