Officials say O'Konsky also removed a piece of evidence from the department, for his own personal use, however, officials would not say what that item was.
Edward O’Konsky was arraigned in Macedon, NY Town Court on the charges and released.
O'Konsky is due back in court on November 19th at 10 am.
He was suspended without pay by the Macedon, NY Town Board.
If Macedon, NY Police officer Edward O'Konsky will steal from his own fellow officers, imagine what other crimes he may be guilty of committing against private citizens.
