Lock Rochester, NY City Court Judge Leticia Astacio Up, and if Her Attorney Ed Fiandach is Aiding and Abetting a Fugitive, Lock his Ass Up Too

Rochester, NY City Court Judge Leticia Astacio's DWI Mugshot

By Davy V.

I swear my hometown of Rochester, NY has got to be one of the most corrupt cities in America.

From the Rochester, NY Police Department and its long history of abusing and violating innocent citizens' civil rights, in some cases even executing mentally-ill people, and innocent family pets, to corrupt officials and politicians, including former Rochester, NY Police Chief and Monroe County, NY Legislator James Sheppard, a wife beater who is running for Rochester Mayor.

Yep, Rochester has had some pieces of work, that's for sure.

Which is why I wasn't the least bit surprised to hear that an arrest warrant has been issued for Rochester, NY City Court Judge Leticia Astacio.

For those of you not familiar with Astacio, I'll break it down real quick.

She's the judge who was arrested and charged with DWI after New York State Troopers found her smashed up car facing the wrong way on Interstate 490 with an incoherent Judge Astacio behind the wheel, and absolutely no fucking clue where she was.

Or what happened.

Believe it or not, Rochester City Court Judge Astacio was actually heading to work.

That's right.

Drunk out of her mind, and completely shitfaced, Judge Astacio was driving to court to preside over Saturday morning arraignments.

Yep.

That's the hypocrisy and corruption in my hometown of the ROC.

A drunk judge earning more than $170,000 a year in taxpayer money, driving to court to arraign people accused of DWI themselves.

Judge Astacio's story gets a little confusing, so try to keep up.

She was convicted of DWI, and as part of her sentencing, which included probation as well as
being prohibited from hearing cases, while the New York State Judicial Commission "investigates" and "decides" whether or not to remove Judge Astacio from the bench, an ignition interlock device was placed on her vehicle.

There have been several incidents in which someone other than Judge Astacio has blown into the interlock ignition device in order to start her car.

In other words, Judge Astacio was drunk and needed someone else to blow into the device in order to start her car so she could drive.

Judge Astacio's own daughter was one of those people who was photographed blowing into the device.

Then came the photos.

Just a few weeks after her DWI conviction, photos of Judge Astacio posted on Facebook showed her at a drinking party next to bottles of liquor and holding a red solo cup.

Judge Astacio later said it was water.

Of course.

Then came the incident at Papaya restaurant in Marketplace Mall in Henrietta, NY, where a security guard encountered a drunk Leticia Astacio inside an employee bathroom, refusing to leave.

Despite a lengthy hearing to decide if Rochester City Judge Leticia Astacio violated the terms of her probation, Judge Stephen Aronson gave her a break.

Of course.

And now, Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is at it again.

On April 29th, Judge Leticia Astacio's IID recorded a reading of .061.

Five minutes later, a relative of Judge Astacio blew into the device in order to start her car.

The .061 BAC reading, which is nearly 8 times the legal limit in New York State, prompted Judge Aronson to issue an arrest warrant for Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio.

But there's  one small problem.

According to Judge Astacio's hired gun, attorney Ed Fiandach claims that Judge Astacio sent him a text telling him that she is in Thailand "In the mountains with monks."

Rochester, NY City Court Judge Leticia Astacio's Attorney Ed Fiandach

By the way, did I mention that Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is still receiving her more than $170,000 a year salary paid by taxpayers?

Disgusting, I know.

I just have one question.

What cell phone carrier does Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio use?

Cause that's one hell of a strong signal if she can text her lawyer while she's up in the mountains on a retreat with monks.

I call bullshit.

Enough with the games and the special treatment just because she's a judge.

Anyone else would have already been in jail.

Lock her fucking ass up.

And if her attorney Ed Fiandach is found to be aiding and abetting a fugitive, lock his fucking ass up too.

Rochester, NY Mayoral Candidate James Sheppard's Wife's Coworkers Say Former Police Chief Beat Wife, Broke Her Jaw

Former Rochester, NY Police Chief and Rochester Mayoral Candidate James Sheppard

By Davy V.

According to former coworkers of Monroe County, NY Legislator and Rochester, NY Mayoral Candidate James Sheppard's wife, the former Rochester, NY Police Chief once beat his wife, punching her so hard in her face, that he broke her jaw.

The incident occurred in the late 90's, after James Sheppard's wife returned home from having gone to a happy hour with her coworkers.

That's when an irate James Sheppard, who was waiting inside the family home, attacked his wife, punching her in the face.

While one former coworker who still works for the bank where Sheppard's wife used to work, didn't want to talk about the incident, another coworker did, on the condition that I keep their identity anonymous.

"She would tell me that he was very abusive," the coworker told The Davy V. Blog.

"She would also tell me there wasn't much she could do. While I don't remember all the details, I can tell you that he (Sheppard) did hit her," the coworker said.

"We had all gone out to a happy hour, just a few coworkers, and he didn't like it, he was very controlling."

"When she came home, I mean immediately as she walked in the house, he punched her, and he broke her jaw," the coworker said.

"She told me he was furious that she had gone out with her coworkers, and he told her that he didn't want her with city women because she was from the country and he didn't want her associating with what he called city women."

Not only is it disturbing that James Sheppard beat his wife, but according to the coworker, what happened next is disgusting, as it shows the power of the thin blue line.

"So what happened is that she did call the police, and a white shirt, that's what she called the Rochester Police Lieutenant who responded, convinced her not to press charges."

"The Lieutenant basically told her that her husband would lose his job if convicted and he called it a misunderstanding."

Like I always say, cops protect cops.

It's the thin blue line and the code of silence that comes with the brotherhood.

(GANG)

The coworker told The Davy V. Blog that Sheppard's wife never talked about the incident again.

"After that she didn't return to work for a while, and when she did she never talked about it again and she never went out with us."

The coworker also says it explains why James Sheppard never introduced his wife when he announced his mayoral candidacy.

"It didn't surprise me when James Sheppard didn't introduce her, let alone even acknowledge his wife when he announced he was running for Mayor."

"She seems afraid of him", the coworker said, adding, "Look, I could care less who anyone wants to support in politics, but I just feel like he should come clean about this."

"The voters have a right to know."

Rochester, NY Cop Who Falsely Detained Me, Posts Disturbing Comments on Social Media Glorifying Violence, Killing, and Even Saying He'd Love to Shoot Blacks and Latinos from High-Rise Rooftop

Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz

By Davy V.

The Rochester, NY Police Officer who is heard on my video threatening me after I complain to him that the handcuffs felt too tight, after I was falsely arrested while exercising my first amendment right to record, is a loose canon and a liability to the City of Rochester, NY.

Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz, a U.S. Marine sniper who has served tours in Iraq, apparently thinks he is still in Fallujah.

In one of several disturbing Facebook posts, the veteran Rochester, NY cop comments that he'd love to shoot minorities from the top of an inner city high rise.

Responding to a comment praising a photo which he posted on his Facebook page, where he is seen holding a U.S. military assault rifle, in Iraq, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz writes:

"If I could just take it to the roof of 100 Borinquen Plaza I could take out every drug spot from Fight village to Norton st.!"

Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz

For my readers not familiar with Rochester, NY, Borinquen Plaza, located on the corner of North Clinton Ave., and Upper Falls Blvd. in Rochester, is a low income housing project which includes a 10-story high-rise called Los Flamboyanes, or "Los Flambos" for short.

North Clinton Avenue or "La Avenida", is a heavily populated Latino section of Rochester.

Fight Village is another low income housing project on North Clinton Ave., where the residents are primarily African-American.

In essence, with his post, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz is saying he'd love to sniper Blacks and Latinos.

But that's not the only disturbing Facebook post by Officer Renz.

In another Facebook post Rochester Police Officer Chris Renz shares a link for a video about street choke holds, titled "SIX STREET CHOKES EVERYONE SHOULD MASTER"

Specifically "Bamboo Choke, T-Shirt Choke, Hood Choke, Sleeve Choke, Houdini Choke, Baseball Choke."

Officer Renz captions each post: "Sleepy time"

Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz's posts, where he seems to get off on violence, and killing, are especially disturbing given the fact that he's a police officer.

Choke holds are illegal and banned by most police agencies including the Rochester, NY Police Department.

In fact, at a recent news conference, stNdibg next to Rochester, NY Mayor Lovely Warren, Rochester, NY Police Chief Michael Ciminelli denounced the use of choke holds, in light of the recent suspension of a 27-year veteran Rochester, NY Police Officer who was suspended after bodycam video showed him choking a handcuffed man in Rochester's East End nightclub district.

The FBI has launched an investigation into that incident.

But there's more.

In another Facebook post, RPD Officer Chris Renz once again seems obsessed with violence.

And killing.

Referring to a military assault rifle, Officer Renz writes:

"its def not the best in accuracy dept.. but for warfighting...it fucks shit up.... I know one HaDJI canelfucket who will disagree....oh wait he cant cuz I blew him away....god I loved shooting people with that thing."

Officer Renz writes: "I feel like slipping a sandbag over someones head.....I miss that."

In the post below, Rochester, NY Police Officer
Chris Renz referring to protesters in Rochester, posted a photo of a gun magazine with the caption:

"Celebrating Veterans day!!! But extra prepared for socialist anarchists!"

Speaking of body cams, in another Facebook post, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz writes:

"Pancoe said I wasn't using my bodycam enuff... When I get warmed up he is gunna regret mentioning it lol"

"Pancoe" is Rochester, NY Police Sgt. Timothy Pancoe, Officer Chris Renz's superior.

Throughout his Facebook timeline, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz continues a disturbing pattern of his obsession with violence and glorifying killing.

In one post  Officer Renz writes:

"People are pissing me off..the old crazy Renz is coming back.. so game on..."

A Facebook replies to that comment with: "Not the SAW!!"

"SAW" stands for Squad Automatic Weapon.

It's an M249 military weapon.

Basically, a light machine gun.

Officer Renz replies:

"And the grenade necklace. Just cause apparently. I don't give a fuck..."

During a March 26th search and rescue for a man wanted by police, who had gone into the  Genesee River, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz, who responded to the call, was posting comments on social media during the rescue, posting "It's over.....There is no escape..."

During the search and rescue, Rochester, NY Police Officer Renz also posted the comments below, on which included a photo he took of an RPD assault rifle, and others referring to the man in the river as an insurgent, and another comment laughing at the fact that the man was in the cold river water, and that he was "frozen" when the Rochester, NY Fire Department rescued him.

In one Facebook post, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz posts a photo of a dismembered head and spine in Iraq with the caption: "Just like that fatality in MORTAL KOMBAT!!!"

I tried reaching out to Rochester, NY Mayor Lovely Warren regarding not only my case where I was falsely arrested by Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper and Chris Renz, but also to let her know about Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz's disturbing posts and violent behavior.

Rochester, NY Mayor Lovely Warren never returned multiple messages which I left with her secretary.

I did speak with Rochester, NY City Council President Loretta Scott, who took time out to meet with me.

Rochester, NY Mayor Lovely Warren, who is up for reelection, has recently denounced rogue behavior by members of the Rochester, NY Police Department.

Again, Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz is a danger and a liability to the City of Rochester, NY.

I want to clear about something:

I am thankful for our military.

The same men and women who have sacrificed their lives for all of us.

Our soldiers are heroes.

Many of them don't return home.

But Officer Renz's comments as a U.S. Marine are disgusting.

And concerning.

I don't know Officer Renz personally.

Perhaps he is traumatized and suffers from PTSD like many of our veterans do.

I don't know.

But I do know that someone with this mentality, someone who has taken a sworn oath to serve and protect a diverse community, and someone who is obsessed with violence and killing, is unacceptable.

And I know that someone this disturbed SHOULD NOT be a police officer.

Rochester, NY Mayor Lovely Warren, you need to take action.

It is only a matter of time begure Rochester, NY Police Officer Chris Renz kills an innocent person.

I will be updating this piece.

Davy V. Handcuffed, Falsely Arrested by Rochester, NY Police While Exercising First Amendment Right to Record

Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper

By Davy V.

For years I've written about Rochester, NY Police officer Joel Hasper, and his long history of beating, and falsely arresting minorities.

In April of 2012, Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper was one of several Rochester Police Officers who beat Jose Lugo on Flower Street on Rochester's east side.

(SEE LINK BELOW FOR MY  FULL STORY)

In August of 2013, Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper beat Jonathan Aquino, a Puerto Rican man, fracturing his orbital.

(SEE LINK BELOW FOR MY FULL STORY)

Simply put, Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper is one of those cops.

In fact, as I'm writing this, Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper is being sued in Federal Court.

Officer Hasper is named in a Federal lawsuit along with 12 other Rochester, NY Police Officers, accused of beating a young African-American man, and tasering him repeatedly as he lay in a fetal position on the ground.

I drove to Rochester's east side to get some Spanish food as a treat for my children who would be getting home from school soon.

On my way home from the restaurant, I observed two Rochester Police officers holding a handcuffed African-American young man on the corner of North Clinton Avenue and Sullivan Street.

NOTE: Renemember that the young man was already handcuffed, as you can clearly see in my video below. That will play an important part as you'll soon see.

I pulled my car over to the side, and parked my car, being careful to park ahead of a NO PARKING sign.

I then exited my car and began video recording.

That's when I noticed that one of the Rochester, NY Police Officers was Joel Hasper.

Well, actually I noticed it was Officer Hasper, right after he waved what seemed to be a bag of drugs at me.

What happens next, well, you can see by clicking the link below for my video.

As you watch the video however, notice how Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper charges me as I ask him to call a supervisor.

Also watch how Officer Hasper does the classic "Stop resisting!" police tactic on me, even though I wasn't moving.

In fact if you pay close attention to the video, at the precise moment that Officer Hasper yells at me to stop resisting, I'm still holding my phone in my handcuffed hands.

If you look closely, although it's a bit dark, those are my palms, which you can see in the video.

And you can see I'm standing still.

Not moving.

At all.

If there's one thing I always tell people is NEVER resist.

EVER.

No matter how much you know that your rights are being violated, DO NOT RESIST.

You WILL NOT win against the police.

At least not on the street.

So I cooperated.

Then Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper lies again.

For a second time.

In the video, Officer Hasper claims that I refused to give him my ID.

Not true at all.

In fact you can clearly hear me in the video telling Officer Hasper that I don't have my ID on me, that's it's in my car.

Although the video is edited down for time, I was detained, handcuffed in the back of a Rochester, NY Police cruiser for close to 35 minutes.

Rochester, NY Police Officer Joel Hasper issued me three citations.

Jay walking.

Tinted windows.

And leaving my car "unattended."

As you can see in the photos below, the handcuffs were placed so tight that they left marks.

Also, and I believe this was intentional, instead of the handcuffs being placed around my wrists, they actually placed the handcuffs, tight around my actual hands, which caused a lot of pain, tingling, and numbness.

I will be updating this story.
