What You Can Get Away With When You're Not Black in America; Miami, Florida Man Opens Fire in The Middle of a Residential Street and Is NOT Killed by Police

Jorge Jove with his unlicensed .357 revolver at his side stares down AT&T worker.

By Davy V.

A 64-year old Miami, Florida man apparently didn't like that two AT&T utility trucks were parked outside his home, so he went outside with his unlicensed.357 revolver and began shooting out the tires of the trucks.

According to Miami Police, 64-year old Jorge Jove even shot at an AT&T worker who was up on a bucket lift working on a line.

In the video which I've linked below, an AT&T worker can be heard on the phone with a 911 dispatcher, as Jove is seen shooting out the tires, before stopping to reload, then continuing to shoot.

Jove was arrested by Miami Police without incident and charged with aggravated assault and armed criminal mischief.

Shortly after, he was back on the streets after posting $30,000 bond.

I wonder how Miami Police would have handled the situation if Jove would have been a black man shooting  off an illegal gun in the middle of a residential street in plain daylight.

NY Man Shoots and Kills Dog Because it Kept Running Away

Andrew Demay

By Davy V.

Like I always say.

Some people just shouldn't own pets.

Take, for example, 54-year old Andrew Demay of Huron who shot and killed his dog because as he told New York State Police, the dog kept running away from him.

Police were called to Demay's home after they received an anonymous tip to check on Demay.

When troopers arrived they found Demay, who had been drinking, and his dead dog.

Demay shot the dog in the head with his .45 caliber handgun.

New York State Police confiscated Demay's .45 caliber handgun, along with an AR-10 assault rifle, then arrested Demay, charging him with aggravated cruelty to animals, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, and criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree.

Demay was sent to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $5.000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

He is due in Huron Court July 24th at 3:30 pm.

(VIDEO) Rochester, NY Judge Leticia Astacio's Daughter at Mother's Sentencing: "Fuck You Judge Aronson!"

Rochester, NY City Court Judge Leticia Astacio

By Davy V
.

Rochester, NY City Court Judge Leticia Astacio's family, especially her daughter were tight Thursday afternoon in court for her mother's sentencing for violating the terms of her probation for a DWI conviction.

After Judge Stephen Aronson sentenced Judge Astacio to 60 days in jail, three years probation, and electronic ankle bracelet monitoring, Judge Astacio's daughter yelled at Judge Aronson; "Fuck you Judge!"

Monroe County, NY Sheriff's deputies quickly removed the young Astacio from the courtroom and Judge Astacio was led away in handcuffs.

Astacio had already been in jail since last month.

Perhaps the most disturbing part is that taxpayers are still paying Judge Astacio's $173,000 salary.

That's right.

Judge Astacio is still a judge, while the New York State Judicial Conduct Commission continues to "investigate" and decides whether or not to remove Judge Astacio from the bench.

Next Time You See a Homeless Person, Don't Roll Your Window Up on Them, Buy Them a Meal

By Davy V.

Be honest, what's your first instinct when a homeless person approaches you on the street or walks towards your car when you're at a red light?

If you're truly being honest, then your answer would most likely be you try not to make eye contact, roll up your car window, and can't wait for the light to change.

Look, I get it.

Me myself, I won't give someone money because I don't know what that money will be used for.

But one thing I will do is ask that person if they're hungry.

Then I'll tell them that I'd like to buy them a meal.

Check out my video and see what happened when a homeless man approached me in the parking lot of a Dunkin' Donuts in Rochester, NY Wednesday morning.

After watching the video, maybe you'll think differently the next time a homeless person approaches you.
