Militarized NYPD Cops in Front of Trump Tower
While homeless dig through trash cans and dumpsters in New York City every day, to find something to eat, New York City is spending $1 Million per day, much of it in police overtime, on protecting billionaire President-Elect Donald Trump and his family.
As you can see in the photo above, NYPD cops, in full
military-style gear stand guard in front of Trump Tower.
Let me be clear.
Taxpayers are paying $1 Million a day.
In addition to Donald Trump's secret service detail, hundreds of NYPD officers have been assigned not only to protect Donald Trump's children, Donald Jr., Eric, Barron, as well as his daughters Yvanka, and Tiffany, but also to protect Trump's grandchildren.
"The number one imperative here is safety and security," New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said Friday.
"We owe that to the president elect, his family, and his team."
